Im slowwwwly learning the basics of guitar.?

What is a good way to learn the strings?

Like the fat one is the 6th string- E

Then A, D, G, B, E.

Like isnt there a thing like : %26quot;Every Good Boy Does Good?%26quot;

I dont even remeber what that goes with- but I didnt forget! haha

Im slowwwwly learning the basics of guitar.?
You%26#039;re thinking of %26quot;Every Good Boy Does Fine%26quot; (or Deserves Fudge)...the music notation sequence of the lined notes. The notes in between are F_A_C_E...easy enough to remember those!

Anyway, to answer your questions, I use %26quot;Everything Aaron Does Gets Better Everyday%26quot; I made up the name Aaron and it stuck, I guess you could use Adam or Alex, or just make up your own anagram.
Reply:When I was taking lessons, my teacher told me to remember the strings by: %26quot;Every Athlete Does Good Before Events%26quot;.

But after awhile, you%26#039;ll just remember it as E-A-D-G-B-E. At least I do, and it%26#039;s easy :).

Good luck with learning guitar, by the way, and practice a lot!
Reply:You are in the right path by not %26quot;rushing%26quot; and taking your time to learn the strings of the guitar.

As you have indicated, the Open Strings of the guitar are from high -1st string to Lowest 6th string

Naming the guitar strings from Skinny to the Fat - moving from High to Low Tone

The Notes Are: E B G D A E

From Each Open String Each Fret of The Fret Board Represents 1/2 Tone Higher until you reach

the 12th Fret which then complete a full chromatic

octave of the Open string. So that the 12th fret are

a repeat of the open notes of E B G D A E but a %26quot;chromatic%26quot; octave higher.

Chromatic scales are all the notes including the %26quot;sharps%26quot; and %26quot;flats%26quot; so it will take you twelve frets to repeat the Open string note at a higer tone.

Music for Guitar is almost always written on the

G Clef (Treble Clef) within the Five lines and Four spaces. Adding ledger lines above and below for notes above and below the staff when necessary.

The Line Notes on the Treble (G) clef are

(from bottom to Top)

%26quot;E%26quot;very %26quot;G%26quot;ood %26quot;B%26quot;oy %26quot;D%26quot;oes %26quot;F%26quot;ine

The Spaces Notes are (from bottom to top)

%26quot;F%26quot; %26quot;A%26quot; %26quot;C%26quot; %26quot;E%26quot;

If you learn to recognize notes in the treble clef you will be able to figure out the notes above and below the staff by remembering this simple rule:

Example: The note E is on the 1st line of the staff

then the next %26quot;E%26quot; can be found on a SPACE above for a higher tone %26quot;E%26quot; or a SPACE below for a lower tone %26quot;E%26quot;(An 8ve higher or lower).

This rule applies to all the notes.

If you recognize any note on a line the same note (not tone)must be on a space above and below an 8ve apart.

If you recognize any note on a space the same note (not tone) will be on a line above and below

an 8ve.apart.

I hope this will help you get started.
Reply:Every Good Boy Does Fine Always... and what is so funny about it.?

Guitar strings are EADGBE and you can make up your own sentance... but it%26#039;s best if you HIRE A TEACHER.. they will help you quickly learn how the basics and they won%26#039;t think it%26#039;s all funny or a joke.
